AN INTRODUCTION TO KIRTAN: THE YOGA OF DEVOTION WITH LIZA LILINTAHL

For most of us, yoga is a physical practice that makes our bodies stronger and more flexible and we do it because it makes us feel good! Some of us have experienced meditation or stillness at the end of an asana practice. But dropping into the heart is a different kind of yoga practice.

Bhakti yoga or the yoga of devotion is the practice of repeating (singing) the names of the divine, again and again, and by doing so we connect to our hearts and get out of our heads. We dive into the dwell of infinite love were we find our connection to The Beloved. We experience bhakti.

Join us for a special evening of joy,sweetness and ecstasy of the heart! An evening of bhakti! No yoga,singing or musical experience necessary, everyone is welcome!

Liza is a singer and performer whose heart has been captivated but the path of bhakti yoga. She shares the joy of singing mantras around the world with her unique soulful blend of devotional kirtan. Her voice reaches the heart of everyone who listen and invites you to leave it all behind and dive into the world of bhakti!
