March: mondays 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th: “HIP OPENERS”

When we sit in chairs for long hours or spend a lot of time stanting on our feet, the hips can get really tight. A lot of emotions also get stored in our hips and we feel we are inflexible! Through consistent yoga practice we can move from being inflexible to flexible and this shows not only in our boides but in all areas of our lives. Join me in this 4 week course to experience a fun and effective way to open the hips!
