Evening vinyasa flow yoga courses open to all levels in a quiet, spacious and warm studio, only 3 minutes walk from Holborn tube station! Monthly courses, next one starts April 3rd 2012. Spaces are limited so contact Liza asap to reserve your space!

An evening to open ourselves to love and creative expression, singing mantras together, raising our vibration and re-connecting to our natural state of love and joy. Chanting mantras together with other people generates a space for healing, sharing and community, freeing our hearts and voices, feeding our souls! You do not need to be “able to sing” or understand the mantras to join in, EVERYONE IS WELCOME.

New dates to be announced soon!

Although this event is open to everyone, myself and my beautiful friend Tori have created this early evening chanting group for parents who want to come with their kids too. We will sing together for about 40 minutes and then have tea and biscuits. Beautiful like minded souls can have the opportunity to share and connect with others, and the kids are free to play and join in too.

Spaces are limited so please let me know asap to reserve a space (full adress will be given when making the booking but its in NW3!)
